ServeSafe Manager Certification (6 Hours)

This nationally-recognized course certifies that the employee knows food safety procedures, is aware of the critical points in the workflow where food can be compromised, and understands how to prevent such occurrences.

 

During our one-day course, our Certified ServSafe Proctor will teach you:

  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-contamination and allergens
  • Time and temperature
  • Cleaning and sanitation

The test is computer-based. You will receive the ServSafe book to keep.
